PRODUCT CARE

It is very important to keep Matcha away from air and light, which are elements that cause Matcha to lose its freshness and color. It must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For opened products, it is best to consume within a month after opening. Matcha can be stored in the fridge but please ensure that the packaging is tightly sealed because Matcha tends to absorb smells from the surroundings. If you have some “strong odor” foods in the fridge, you may want to pay extra attention. 

 

For unopened products, the shelf life of all our Matcha products is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
